Payment terms
Payment method, currency and payment schedule are agreed before order confirmation and recorded in the proforma invoice or sales contract.
Lead time
Production and dispatch timing depend on stock, product configuration, order volume and customization. A confirmed schedule is supplied in the quotation.
Packing and documents
Packing method, carton or pallet labels, and required shipping documents are agreed before dispatch.
Spare parts and support
For spare parts, provide the model and a photo of the component. Compatibility and availability are confirmed separately.
Order confirmation
Website information is indicative. The signed contract, proforma invoice and approved specifications govern the final transaction.
MOQ, FOB port, payment method and lead time are confirmed individually in writing.
